Congratulations on being successful to join us for the CA Seminar Experience and the Quants Exploration Programme that will be showcasing how you are #Beyond the Norm. Your uniqueness stood to Nedbank, out 1882 applications, you rose to the top through preparation, effort and an eagerness to take part in this prestigious experience. We cannot wait to host you and to get to know you. My advice to you as you prepare for the experience is to:
Own it: This moment in time belongs to you. It is yours to make the most of. Show up in it, shine in it. Make a lasting impression with your fellow delegates. Make a lasting impression with Nedbank!
Rise to it: This moment will be fun but demanding; it will be challenging, and it will push your boundaries. Tight deadlines, presentations, challenging projects! Take them all on! Embrace the learning opportunity, rise to the challenge and as you rise, so will you grow!
Live in it: Make a conscious decision to be awake, present and alive in the moment. You owe it to yourself to fully engage with this experience – you worked hard and earned it. This is your opportunity to meet Nedbank, this is our opportunity to meet you. You are at the brink of your career and this moment counts! Be mindful and live in each moment with us all!
Enjoy it: A great deal of effort was put into this experience in order for you all to have fun! In the many moments of fun – engage, patriciate and play! We at Nedbank work hard, however we play hard too! In those casual moments, let loose with us and see past our roles in the bank and our experience – see us as people sharing in one moment.
Over the course of the 4-day experience: You will be around Nedbank Young Difference Makers. Nedbank Quant graduates and CA Trainees who through their training play an impactful role in our economy and society. Engage with them, ask them as many questions as you may have and make sure that on Thursday afternoon, you are ready to make a well-informed career decision about where to start your training or graduate experience, and we hope that decision will be in favour of Nedbank.
Looking forward to meeting all of you.
Regards,
Nombulelo Letsie CA(SA)
